Charlotte is a world traveler and a curator of travel experiences. Currently, Charlotte manages properties in Baja California, Mexico and San Diego, California. Charlotte has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in International Business from The American University in Rome, Italy.

Principal

Coley is an entrepreneur, technology executive and a world traveler from California. Coley has been involved in many stages of business development, marketing and product development. Having a background in Finance and Information Technology (IT) he is instrumental in building new companies in new markets over the last 20 years.  

Hospitality & Events Expert

Gilberto is a well-known curator of travel experiences in the Douro. Gilberto has managed 5-star hotels in Portugal and manages exclusive weddings and events for clients from all around the world. Gilberto owns GR Events who specializes in tailored services ranging from restaurant management to luxury tours and exclusive stays.

Architect

Hugo is the architect who knows how to build landmark projects. Hugo has a background in rebuilding ruins in the UNESCO region and working with local and federal departments. Hugo is currently working on increasing the highly regulated property from 900 square meters to 2,000 square meters (21,528 sq/ft), which will increase the property’s market presence and value.

Creative Director – Interior Design

Alexandra is part of UMSEISUM an architecture, construction, interior design company. Santa Clara has partnered with UMSEISUM to create an authentic experience by sourcing custom designs and reclaimed materials.

Corporate Lawyer

Dr. Paula is registered lawyer and has been in private practice for 20 years. Paula is an expert in corporate law and helped Santa Clara navigate through many legal structures and transactions. She is alos a member of the Maia Delegation of the Portuguese Bar Association, since 2011 and has held many roles.
